    Sokoudjou has said he has really worked on his conditioning and been on a strict diet. He said he cut out fast food completely for this fight. I really hope he can pull out a win, he needs it.

    You can sort of tell Sokoudjou isn't commited to condition, the toughest part of training, just by listening to his pre fight comments.
