Like I said, all doubt has been removed. The only thing he hasn't removed is that "KICK ME" sign on his back.
Says the guy who created a thread after 5 games waving the white flag. "Face it, the sad reality here is whether its under old or new ownership this team ain't doing dick for the next 2-3 years."
Answer the above question from my post#39....it regards RUN DIFFERENTIAL ....not teams playing .500...... How many teams qualified for the playoffs last year with a minus run differential? Stop embarrassing yourself. You better call for reinforcements. You're up to your old word games again. Derp
...you're really lost, aren't you?...there's no "word games" and certainly no need for "reinforcements", not when dealing with you anyway....it's pretty simple actually, which may explain why you're struggling with it. And why didn't you address the fact that NINETEEN runs of your exalted "run differential" were scored in TWO games? ...to answer your silly question, as far as I know, no team qualified for the playoffs last year. Now answer my question; ...how many teams made the the playoffs last year with a .500 record? ...my example was to show how ridiculous your stat about "run differential" truly was. Do teams qualify for the playoffs based on "run differential"?...No, they qualify based on their "record"...and currently the Yanx record is ".500". ...Are you caught up yet? ...This is one of the most idiotic post I've ever encountered, and I've seen more than my share over the years.
Its actually getting pretty pathetic at this point. Even after you make your point he's repeating the same shit over & over.
...you're really lost, aren't you?...there's no "word games" and certainly no need for "reinforcements", not when dealing with you anyway....it's pretty simple actually, which may explain why you're struggling with it. And why didn't you address the fact that NINETEEN runs of your exalted "run differential" were scored in TWO games? ...as far as I know, no team qualified for the playoffs last year, dumbass. Now how many teams made the the playoffs with a .500 record, dumbass? ...my example was to show how ridiculous your stat about "run differential" truly was. Do teams qualify for the playoffs based on "run differential"?...No, they qualify based on their "record"...and currently the Yanx record is ".500". ...Are you caught up yet? ...This is the most idiotic post I've ever encountered, and I've seen more than my share over the years.
_____________________________ I wasn't talking about .500 records, I'm well aware the Yanks are currently playing .500 ball and if you can correct your convenient amnesia, I'm the guy who said -imo- the Yanks will win approx 90 games, so you can let the ".500" thing go. I was pointing out how the Yanks run differential so far this year is plus 14 runs better than at this point than last year (6 g)......so you already admitted NO teams with a minus run differential made the playoffs last year. So don't give me any bullish!t about .500 records.....I PICKED THIS TEAM to win approx 90 games when the dust settles....how about you big shot? How many did you say this Yankee team will win? I didn't hear ya. lol Ask Rick, he seemed to have ducked the same question but his mouth seems to move when you move your hand. Lmao Here's another gem from you: And why didn't you address the fact that NINETEEN runs of your exalted "run differential" were scored in TWO games? Okay, those games don't count, thrown them away......is that YOUR logic? You're a funny guy.
...lol, I know what you were pointing out...and "so far this year" the Yanx' record is currently ".500". ...what difference does it make what the difference in run differential from last year is at this time if their records are the same as last year at this time? ...again, what's more important, a team's "run differential"?... or a team's "record"?...Lemme guess, you still don't understand?
↑ Here's another gem from you: And why didn't you address the fact that NINETEEN runs of your exalted "run differential" were scored in TWO games? Okay, those games don't count, thrown them away......is that YOUR logic? You're a funny guy. ...uhhh, no, ...no one said the games don't count...pay attention, like I said twice, using "run differential" at this point as any sort of gauge, considering that 23 of those runs came in only 2 games, is a useless stat.
No, actually I would think any plan would be for a 162 game season. I know you can count, it's okay......I realize you want Cashman gone. Yeesh
He doesn't have to go, but he's got to do a better job than what he's been doing. His track record thus far indicates he's unable to change his approach...like Tex and the shift.
...I have to admit, I defended Cashman for awhile, mainly because I don't really think he can be any better than he is and he simply does not have the Baseball acumen for being a competent GM...but enough is enough, he sucks, and again I blame the Steins more than I blame him because they are the ones who not only let it happen but they're also the ones who rewarded him and his ineptitude with a new contract.
