Rising sophomore running back Altee Tenpenny was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance during spring break, according to a report by 103.7 The Buzz. Tenpenny was arrested in his hometown in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was originally pulled over on March 24 for an “inoperational license plate light” and the officer detected “the odor of burnt marijuana”. The officer then asked Tenpenny when was the last time he had used marijuana, and Tenpenny told the officer he had “smoked a blunt” with his older brother about an hour prior.
