Andrew Heaney pitched 5 1/3 hitless innings in his last outing of the spring for the Los Angeles Angels, and his reward was getting optioned to Triple-A three days before the season opener. "I wanted to show these guys what I can do, whether I'm on the team or not," Heaney said following his 6-0 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday night in the middle game of the Freeway Series.
