    Finally-
Now if BaBoone will sit Donaldson down for the rest of the Series, and keep Stanton out of the OF also.

Verlander vs Taillon sounded like a given lopsided loss, imo. I expected tonight's outcome somewhat, and yet, hoped for a Yankee Win!

    Yanx with 17 Ks?...lmao.

I blame the player's hitting approach for part of this loss...Cashman for failing to create a viable roster, and Boone's inane managing for the other part.

Two games in a row that Boone has pulled the starting pitcher for no apparent reason after less than 70 pitches.

Carpenter's timing and batting eye is clearly not back yet and Stanton has no business playing the OF...and Donaldson, well, do I really need to say it again?

There's a lot of issues unfortunately. Injuries have decimated the bullpen so no guys like Marinaccio or Effross instead of Schmidt. Injuries have also hurt the lineup as a healthy DJ is a huge loss. Then there's Boone who picked game one of the ALCS to plug in Carpenter, Montas and to stick with struggling hitters like Trevino.

I said in the Cleveland series that they strike out entirely too much. Donaldson and Trevino are automatic outs right now and Carpenter didn't belong starting against Verlander after having two pinch hit strike out ABs in the last two months.

Nothing is going to change with this franchise until we have a new GM and a new Manager.
