Like Torres, Cabrera needs to learn to cut down on his swing, especially with 2 strikes.

Not sure if it's been mentioned or not but take last night's game,...the Yanx struck out 17 times...the Astros, only twice.......think about that.

Biggest differential in post season history.

Yup, and the reason he keeps finding himself constantly behind in the count is because early in the AB he swings at pitches well off the plate.

I think he'll eventually be a good player...but he's simply not there yet.

There's another game here they can steal but unfortunately it's appears to be the same wash, rinse and repeat in big spots.

Seems to me that swing for the fences attitude by Yankee hitters came with the arrival of BaBoone.

I wonder if they fired him, if that swing for the fences mentality would depart with him.

Exactly, and no one is teaching these young kids plate discipline either it seems.

When something like what just happened on the ground out by Torres, I just gotta admit that is was just not meant to be.

Damnit Boone, get your over-officious ass back in the dugout.

26 Strikeouts so far in the first two games. This is embarrassing.

Just figures Judge would be literally inches away from putting the Yankees ahead. When it's not going your way it's not going your way.

30 out of 54 outs via the strike out. A complete embarrassment.

Peraza has the skills on defense, no doubt. Love his Defensive play to make the out in the 8th!

Judge damn near turned the game around with one swing of the bat, missing by inches.

Love Rizzo's approach at the plate, moving up in the batter's box. For a long time I wondered why no one seems to utilize that trick in the batter's box, to cut short the movement of a curve, as well as choking up with two strikes on him. He's the only Yankee player besides LeMahieu who are old school at the plate.

Yanks need 3 wins at the stadium. They can steal a game 6 or 7 but not 2 of them. At any rate if they go down again to Houston Hal, unless he just is clueless and doesn’t give a shit needs to fire both cashman and Boone. This team is put together like shit and one of the highest payrolls in baseball!
