For this millennium, my all star starting lineup would be:PG: Jason Kidd- Took Nets to 2 NBA Finals trips, should have been MVP in 2001, put up numbers all throughout and showed why he is a top 5 PG all time.SG: Kobe Bryant- 3 championships, 35PPG, 81 points....yeah, he deserves this spot.SF: Tracy McGrady- Yeah, I might get yelled at for this one, but IMO in 2002-2003 and last year he was the best swingman in the game. Before this year, when everyone has seemed to blow up with scoring, he had most PPG in a season since MJ (32PPG in 2002-2003), and led crap teams to playoffs. Most dangerous scorer in past 4 years.PF: Tim Duncan- It was either Duncan or KG, but Duncan has 2 rings in new millennium, 2 finals MVP's, 2 MVP's, and has been so extremely consistent all throughout.C: Shaquille O'Neal- Can't even be debated. Until last year was a force that no one, or team, could stop. From 2000-2003, was most dominant player in league, and arguably best player.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Waqas @ May 5 2006, 08:40 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>For the Millenium All-Stars (since I got no clue what's going on...)Center: Yao Ming (probably will end up with more All-Star votes than anybody else in the world [IMG])Power Forward: Dirk Nowitzki (best European player, can shoot, post-up, rebound, pass, and can finally play some decent overall defense, and also being good at pick-and-roll defense and help defense)Small Forward: Vince Carter (not sure if this is the right position, but his dunks for the Slam Dunk Contest and overall All-Star package can't be questioned)Shooting Guard: Kobe Bryant (can it get any more obvious? This guy's been in a ton of All-Star games, can post-up a bit, shoot perimeter shots, score big-time numbers, etc.)Point Guard: Jason Kidd (don't get me wrong about Steve Nash, but if I were combining all of these players, I'd still get a good defender. Plus, Kidd can score, rebound, pass, and play defense)</div>Oh Dear Lord, what are you thinking....Vince Carter? How about Tracy McGrady. Put Shaq in center. Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan were both forgotten.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>(don't get me wrong about Steve Nash, but if I were combining all of these players, I'd still get a good defender.</div>What does that mean?Your crazy man. The title is self explanitory.
