Those Judges must've been from East Germany.

Dwayne Wade can go fuck himself. That was a total fuck job on Aaron Gordon who, with five straight 50s and quite possibly one of the top 5 greatest dunks of all time, gets hosed again. All so D-Wade can ensure his hometown boy from Miami wins. I hate the NBA.

I thought this Saturday was one of the more entertaining ones I’ve seen in a long time.

Gordon was robbed again. He’s been one of the best, most creative dunkers of all time. Damn shame.

Just watching the highlights, good dunks by both. The dunk contest feels so stale though.

He was hurt no question. I've seen him perform before. That was 50% Dame Dolla.

The dunks were actually pretty good, but the same problems exist, judges. That's what has always been the reason the dunk contest is never as big as it should be. At least in the other competitions it's obvious who the winners are.

Judges agreed it was supposed to end in a tie, but DWade back out and gave it to the Heat.
Thats according to Common and another judge. Watch how they all look at DWade after the scores.

Full disclosure here, I'm an old Beatles/Stones guy, don't really know the rap genre very well...
I didn't like it, and I didn't think it was appropriate.
Imagine, if Dame would have competed in the 3pt contest, he'd have about 10 minutes to prepare his set. As a musician myself, I know you need more time than that.
Dame is getting roasted on the USAToday scene, and I imagine others.
I say it was not appropriate only for the reason that he was over stepping his bounds. Too much Damian, for the weekend...Fans of other teams, were probably not as forgiving, and excited to see Damian Lillard, as we are.
We all know him and love him, and understand what he's all about, but for the many who don't know him, he came across as cocky, conceited(lyrics mostly about money money money), and the performance felt "forced", and I actually thought he was "off key" if that's even possible for a rapper to do.
Loads of respect and appreciation for everything he is, and living out his dream is very deserving, I can't imagine how cool that must have been for him.

If that's true, and I have no reason to believe it's not true, I'm not at all surprised. It's the AAU ball influence on the league (players joining up together, whining after being in the league 3 years and now winning titles already).

Not that it matters since it's a stupid contest, but it really makes it tainted.
