Its E.Kanter around the basket, with rebounding like young K.Love. One think he obsess with grab every rebound and make every shot. Its rare see player who makes .750%+ his shots, and grab almost .20%+ available rebounds, plus hes good defender.
Rough game today. In foul trouble pretty much the entire game. Its a shame too, Zags needed him coming down the stretch.
You might want to change that avatar Zags. Your boy has been a ghost this year. 6.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, and a PER of 13.4
If they are in it year after year then it is not working. What this tells me is that tanking to get high lottery picks is not a proven solution to rebuilding a franchise. So there is no reason to stop them from doing it. I am not saying any other way works better, just that tanking is a far from proven strategy.
Well, it certainly doesn't help that they keep drafting guys that are hurt. First it was Noel, then it was Embiid. Okafor is the first healthy player that they've drafted, and he's lighting it up. It looks like Embiid is going to be another Oden.
He needs a change of scenery. He's being misused. He's shown glimpses this year of his high skill level. I'm not worried.
He had two subpar games but has since picked it up - last two games: 18 pts | 16 rebs | 9-16 FG 16 pts | 10 rebs | 5-7 FG
Houston and San Antonio beg to differ. Just because some stupid schmucks suck at it doesn't mean all GMs do. Hell, the Blazers drafted Walton then beefed up on the ABA dispersal draft, because they sucked, and got a championship out of it before injuries derailed our dynasty. It can work if you know how.
Philly is just a joke. An absolute joke. They keep tanking but they never get the top pick. It's like they never learn.
Draymond Green kind of versatility and passing skills. Kevin Love in Minny type of rebounding and skill. He does look a bit small because of his short arms, though and that worries me. But his motor more than makes up for it. Starting to go all in on this guy.
Don't worry about his camp measurements. Look at DX's measurement database and you'll notice how wildly inaccurate they are. Fwiw, Gonzaga lists him at 6'11", 240 lbs. He does lack length though.
A comp that I heard: Tiago Splitter I think Sabonis is a much better passer but I can see the comparison.
