    The main target has to be whiteside. We have seen both dame and cj make that clear over Twitter. I think it's the best target. It's up to whiteside. Does he wanna play with this great team or go be around celebrities in LA while Ingram is pushed harder than him? I was listening to Chris mannix new podcast today with woj and he was saying how interesting miamis situation is. D wade had been taking pay cuts for quite some time. Plus you have bosh's situation and the uncertainty of that. He either stays in Miami or chooses Portland or LA. That's how I see it. Gonna be very interesting

    A Miami beat writer was on Sirius XM's NBA channel this morning and thought his choices were down to Dallas and Miami with the Lakers a distant 3rd. No mention of Portland, but I didn't get the vibe he was really that plugged into Whiteside's inner circle.

    I don't understand the Dallas thing. Old Dirk, older Deron. They can still play to an extent but what is Cuban gonna sell him on? whole thing is ridiculous.

    Sorry, man. After reading the article, I want him even more. I read his life story (someone's link in this thread, I think). Basically, he's very immature. However, he should be judged like the blazers, IMHO. In the blazers case, I think we're really the team that played post Vonleh-in-the-starting-lineup. Similarly, Whiteside should be judged that way. He was completely clueless when he joined the Kings - call it Maturity Level 2. In the last half of the season, I think it's vastly improved to ML 5, and rising. Frankly, ML6 is good enough, and I'm sure he'll get there after a half of a season with the Blazers.

    I kind of skimmed through this and missed what ML stood for. I thought it was plus or minus Meyers Leonard's level. Like ML+5 is good enough, but ML+6 will be where he is at this next year.
