Young and pre-injuries, Danny Granger was a baller. The current player that reminds me of Granger is Khris Middleton.

Detroit has to take Ivey or Sharpe. I would be very surprised if they chose Murray instead.

Granger was a baller. I liked his game a lot. He and Roy were kind of the unsung low key stars in the league during their short era’s.

Granger wasn’t really a lights out shooter from deep though

If Sacramento is picking at 4, they’re taking Keegan.

Sharpe nor Ivey make any sense for them given the stated goal of “win now”.

Yeah, Sac can definitely use a PF. But they could also use a SF and a bigger guard. Weren't we envious of their young roster a year ago? It has a lot of holes right now.

“Win now” and “Shaedon Sharpe” don’t really go hand in hand. The prospect that played absolutely none at all last year?

And Ivey doesn’t particularly make sense either as trading away their PG and moving to a rookie PG isn’t exactly “win now” thinking.

Ivey has the much higher floor. So does Sharpe. Sacramento taking Murray at 4 makes absolutely no sense but then again, Kings gonna Kings so who knows.

Not necessarily win a championship but just get into the playoffs. Soon.

No, it doesn't make sense to outsiders. But it makes sense for Sacramento.

They like their guards and want to make the playoffs ASAP.

LMAO there's a reason they get the draft wrong 99% of the time. I very much doubt they take Murray.

Murray won't get it done with that roster.

They got Halliburton right, then proceeded to give Fox 150 mil and traded Halliburton for Sabonis.

They are awful in all kinds of ways. Taking Murray at 4 would be a new low. I don't expect it but I suppose there's a chance.

SAC has Fox at PG / Barnes at SF / Sabonis at PF / Holmes at C. Sabonis can play bigger but is really a PF. [IMHO] Their most obvious hole, positionally, is at SG. Ivey or Sharpe. They're SAC so they :crystalball: take Mathurin or Daniels. [kidding ... kinda]
Detroit and Murray makes more sense to me than SAC but DET needs "talent." They have Bey, Grant, and Stewart. No need for a PG or distributor (like Daniels) ... so a dynamic SG in Sharpe/Ivey or Mathurin (different types, in my view).
Indy has more than their share of PGs, so recent hype of Daniels at 6 is real iffy. They chould keep Jalen Smith and Turner at 4 and 5 (both can stretch out for shooting 3's) ... they have to decide about T.J. Warren (who they could pair up with Turner to Phoenix for Ayton); will they see Murray as a 3 or 4?

Again ... a dynamic SG looks like a need to me. Buddy Hield seems like an overpaid 6th man for a couple more years. Murray could absolutely find a home with any of the three at 4-6 ... or "fall" to 7 which he really shouldn't.

7 is not great for Portland. But [IMHO] a need CAN be filled by Murray, Sharpe, Daniels, or Sochan on the cheap.
