If you have an existing skipped pick, if it isn't made by the time your next pick comes along, then that next one is skipped as well, and so and so forth til you make your picks. This is to avoid waiting for people who won't pick in that 6hr time span, not that we are assuming everyone will do that, but it keeps the draft going.
Ah ok. And Dream, X is a solid player but I never thought he was THAT good against Pippen. They both shot about the same efficiency against each other (about 2-3% under their True shooting average), but Scottie rebounded and passed a bit better than normal against X. Plus if Scottie hadn't shot 67% from the charity stripe against X's teams, he'd have a better case even.
