Everyone should have Jordan as their all-time SG. I don't care if you are entitled to your opinion. You have to mention him or else it's a big time slap in the face to Jordan. PG: Magic Johnson - One of the greatest NBA leaders. He was an "abnormal" rookie who lead the Lakers to the '80 championship in his rookie season. He was probably the most consistent player throughout his whole career along side with Jordan. He never became a washed-up player when he was in his 30's like most of the players become. He was the greatest PG to ever play the game. Bench Player: John Stockton SG: Michael Jordan - No explanation required. Bench Player: Elgin Baylor SF: Larry Bird - One of the greatest NBA leaders. Everyone said he wasn't NBA-ready and he couldn't play at the NBA level, but he proved everyone wrong and cemented the label as the greatest SF of all-time. Bench Player: Scottie Pippen PF: Karl Malone - Great jumper for his size, great mentality, great durability. He had the whole package. Bench Player: Tim Duncan C: Shaq - Most dominant, unstoppable player of all-time and best player of all-time to build around, along side with Jordan. He can do things that so many centers can't do and it should be vice versa. Bench Player: Wilt Chamberlain
lol I was expecting some Kobe fanboy to come in here saying hes the all time SG <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chungster:</div><div class="quote_post">Everyone should have Jordan as their all-time SG. Cool to see you see the same way. I always saw you as one of the smarter people around. Zero22 Chauncy Billups you gotta be kidding me over Magic? A total Chauncy Billups nut sucker.
C - Shaquille Oneal, Runner Up: Wilt Chamberlain PF - Karl Malone, Runner Up: Tim Duncan SF - Larry Bird, Runner Up: Elgin Baylor (edges out Dr. J) SG - Michael Jordan, Runner Up: Oscar Robertson (out of position, maybe but he could play the 2 just fine) PG - Magic Johnson, Runner Up: John Stockton (edges out Jerry West, who was a better all-around player)
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Zero22:</div><div class="quote_post">C: Wil Chamberlain PF:Kevin Garnett SF:Larry Bird SG:Michael Jordan PG:Chauncy Billups</div> Billups ... WTF? He doesn't even belong on a top 100 list; he MIGHT barely squeeze into a top 150 list.
im so stupid aint i? i ment C: Wil Chamberlain PF:Kevin Garnett SF:Larry Bird SG:Michael Jordan PG:Magic Johnson (this should be better) PG:Chauncy Billups(secondary)
Wilt chamberlain Bill Russell and yes he coould definetely play pf great rebounder and great blocker Larry bird greatest 3 point shooter ever and so clutch as well Michael Jordan John stockton incredible passer and greatest true point guard ever the ones i didn't make comments by are because they need no questioning
People People... PG - "Magic" SG - Jordan SF - Dr. J PF - Kareem C - Wilt Though I may put Bird, Shaq, and Malone in there too...
If we're talking an effective starting lineup... C: Ardyvas Sabonis (In his prime) PF: Bill Russell SF: Scottie Pippen SG: Michael Jordan PG: Jerry West There's no reason not to build around Michael Jordan, but with him you only need a secondary scorer and solid role players to win. He'll have a secondary scorer and great roleplayers with this lineup. Jerry West is picked instead of Stockton because West is a better shooter. Pippen's in because he has chemistry with Jordan. If we're talking the most talented starting lineup... C: Wilt Chamberlain PF: Bill Russell SF: Larry Bird SG: Michael Jordan PG: Magic Johnson
Sabonis in his prime would probably be the most dominant center ever.. Talk about being born in the wrong time & place Sabonis-Russell-Bird-Jordan-Johnson
C: Shaq circa 2000-2001 Excluding Barry Bonds I have never seen a player dominate his sport the way Shaq did in the postseason PF:Wilt Chamberlain circa 1961-1962 50.4 ppg 25.7 rpg. That pretty much speaks for itself SF:Kevin Garnett circa 2003-2004 Just a matchup nightmare for any sf in the history of the NBA SG: Michael Jordan (couldn't pick one particular year) PG: Magic Johnson circa 1986-1987

Change him to Scottie PIppen
C-Hakeem PF-Duncan SF-Bird SG-Jordan PG-Magic Combination of defense , passers , pure shooters , u name it...and theyre all winners as well (reason for choosing Duncan over Malone and Sir Charles). If I had to put all my money on an all-time team this would definitely be it by far.My reserves would probably have to be Stockton , the Big O , Iceman , Barkley , and Shaq.
