He was a second round pick that contributed and showed some promise. I say it was a win. It was that gigantic contract that made things iffy.
Seeing as how we paid Crabbe peanuts as a rookie and he backed up Batum...then paid him big for one year...you avg it out and we got value for our money..I wish him well...in the east he could make the allstar team!
I wanted to make a joke about his ears too... I had something along the line of them "casting a shadow" over the blazers team, but I couldn't put it in a way that pleased me so I gave it up
Another former Blazer for whom I will root for no matter the color of his laundry. Like Steve Blake, I would even root for him to do well (while rooting for his team to lose) if he was wearing the Lavender and Urine. Godspeed, AC!
Honestly I never really cared for him much, didn't dislike him either but I never felt a relief he was coming into the game.
Thanks Crabbe for all you contributed. Still hate you for that three you hit at Matt Court! JK. Much love.
Thank you Allen Crabbe for waiving your trade kicker - enabling your trade. Enjoy the Barbers in Brooklyn - now GTFO.
He averaged 10.3 and 10.7 the past two years. If he doesn't average at least match the numbers he put up as a bench player.. NO did an amazing job getting rid of this scrub.
2017-2018 Season stat line with the Brooklyn Nets- 20 points/ 4 assists/ 6 rebounds/ 1.5 steals/.5 blocks Eastern Conference All Star Everyone who said that Pat or Jake could 'easily' fill Crabbe's role are going to get there chance to see the results..... and you're going to realize just how important Crabbe was to the rotation. It's all you can eat crow this season so hope you're hungry!
I am not going to sell Crabbe short as a player. But it's obvious Olsheys expected mote from him. I don't but that Pat will replace him though. Pat will never be good enough.
