Alston to Miami?

    Rafer is better than Smush on any given date.

    indeed... there was a good reason Phil Jackson took away a lot of his minutes at the end of the season and into the playoffs

    YEah true. Though I'm sure Miami is happy to give up nothing but some salary for Smush as opposed to their best role player for Rafer.

    I think with Smush in, I think Miami isn't intrerested with Rafer anymore.

    So I think the Rockets must find other teams needing a solid PG who can offer someone valuable and the Rockets need, especially a tested PF.

    If there's no one valuable, the next best move is just to trade Rafer (plus other sweetener packages like Lucas, Snyder, 2nd round draft pick and cash) for a 1st round draft pick of a lottery team who needs someone like Rafer.
