What makes a culture? Well that's hard to answer, they have been around from the beginning of time . It's an evolution.
IQ could have a factor, but I don't know what determines IQ anyway, it's just that societies who have high IQs live better standards of life.
Perhaps it is part. It seems to me that black people have a higher percentage of F types or Feeling types. A study has never been done on blacks alone, just the general population, about 48% for men 52% for women. I don't expect we will ever see a study done on blacks alone, it would never get funded. However, am I wrong that Feel and living life for Feeling is much more prevalent in Black society than it is among whites and Asians. I mean, you are never going to accuse me and many other white guys of Soul! Or what ever. Feel is not always a positive force, the dark side is enjoying seeing people feeling bad. The bully is usually a feeling type. The F types also usually have better gross motor control, but again, study needed.

Yeah I saw this earlier. Wanted to post it on my friends stupid ass public plea for support for this guy. sex offender, abuser, assaulter, and a shit-bird parent, and were killing cops in his defense? come again?
Even if he is all those things, it doesn't excuse the actions of the police...they didn't know anything about him when they killed him....they had him subdued should have cuffed him immediatly, and should not have pulled out their guns so hastily and shot him...though if he was going for his gun I don't know...this one isn't as clear cut as the Minnesota man that got shot
