It loaded like the pants on an 80 year-old without Metamucil, it wouldn't allow any outside links, and the mods brought to mind the weirdos in the Reno elevator in Smoking Aces. What was "awesome" about that site?
I don't buy it. No board would have that many unregistered guests with such a low number of members without some sort of cookie manipulation.
Well it was the first forum i joined (so I admit im biased)and I liked the Lakers fans I talk to over there. We have a little community like you guys did just not as big. You get a feeling where people are coming from
Oh, that's both informative and a great reason to love that board. I remember having ESPN Blazer Board parties for play-off games and even at the Rose Garden for games. Then the mods took over there, and I was one of the last to move to BBF three years ago. That board was great until the mods/admin decided that they knew better than their 'customers'. On top of that, today when I visited, some ad kept overlaying my entire screen when I tried to type. It's over, over there.
