Living document. Worthless. No real distinction.

Government should not restrict us. Denny should be able to legally have sex with children. No real distinction.

As you can see, you've advocated for pedophilia as much as I've argued the Constitution is worthless. Not sure what the problem here, is. Other than you being for pedophilia, of course.

You are being absurd. You have argued the constitution is a living docent. If it can be ignored at will or by fiat, then it is worthless.

You only think the clauses you care about matter. But if you allow govt. to pick and choose, then nothing is off limits. Including right to life, liberty, and all the rest.

Feel free to make the case they can't say, "it's a living document after all" and eliminate any of the rights enumerated.

I'll watch you struggle with the impossible logic to it as much as you love the pedophilia nonsense.

I'm absurd, but you favor pedophilia? We'll have to leave it at that.

We'll have to leave it at the point we agree: you're absurd.

At least you didn't call that hairy-chested guy a docent again. It might start a fight.

I think it would make my day if the SOB came to help me on my way.

Then we could see just who would be receiving the help.

That's not how they would do it. They would deny you medicine or a transplant or whatever at 75.

The guy is talking like an actuary. Because X people don't do well past 75, nobody should live past 75.

Like you can get a transplant at 75 now? Face it, death panels are already here.

You can if you have a willing donor/family member.

Face it, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.

    We were lied into ObamaCare!

There aren't enough organs available. So basically you want to kill some 18 year old so that your shriveled 85 year old body can be kept alive for a little while longer?

Suddenly I'm in favor of death panels.

CONCLUSION: Even after the age of 75 years, kidney transplantation provides substantial life prolongation and excellent graft survival.

If one of your relatives is stupid enough to endanger their own life by giving elderly you a kidney I have no objection. But pretty much any other type of transplant is just selfishness.

It's not up to you. Thank goodness.

They'll be dropping the age as the shortfall to pay for it increases.

We were lied into an unjust health care program.
