Talk about jokes. What do you call a pathetic poster who pretends to be a fan of a team on a message board? Hint-RM

I don't know if it's a slam at Buchanan or not, but I do think it's a rather simplistic statement. Did it work out any better the last time the Blazers looked to rebuild through the draft? Has it worked out any better for the Timberwolves when they've been seven years in the lottery, still haven't sniffed the playoffs, and have their franchise player making rumblings about leaving soon if he doesn't see some major improvements in the roster? How well did it work out for the Clips with their endless wallowing in lotteryville prior to the league handing them a certified All-Star? I'm not saying that I'm for making incremental moves to make incremental moves, but I'm also not in favor of looking forward to years of playing lottery roulette. Losing a good chunk of the cap space by not making a deal now and/or losing Batum to preserve some cap space just makes the team worse. Find a fricking deal to make this team better.

Yeah, I could see how his comments would have been offensive to the prior regime. And I also don't believe the Clippers landing Chris Paul had nothing to do with them being in the LA market. Olshey comes across as very cocky, but we'll have to see if he can live up to his bravado. The guy was an actor and salesman prior to getting into basketball.

If you mean stopping Leonard and making a bigger gap between his front teeth, then yes sir you are correct. Pek is a beast and you'll be saying the same thing next year. If he were back in his home country he'd be on death row for murder.

The jlprk heartily approves this message. He said the same thing for years after the 2003 blowup, when the Oregonian forced out Bob Whitsitt.
