Bogut should be given more shots a game. I think he could improve alot if he worked on his post game and was given about 15-20 shots a game. Okafor is a really good player and will help the Bobcats alot of help with their franchise.

Chris Bosh doesn't get 20 shots a game. For a rookie, 20 shots is ludicrous. That is going way overboard.

A better player in Frye? He's a good player but Andrew Bogut can be a much better all around player as he matures. Thus why no scouts or GM's ever considered Frye to be the best center in the draft.

Frye is not a tough player, he is a good finesse scorer with a nice jumper but he is not much of a threat on defense, there is not much the guy can do except score. He has a knack for scoring but come on, Bogut will be much more succesful then Frye in the NBA.

I'll go with Okafor pending a career-ending injury. Hopefully that's an option, haha.Seriously, Emeka is a very strong player...and the concerns with his back are what kept him from being picked first in the draft. It looks as if it was an accurate pick by the Magic, but I'd rather not judge Emeka just yet, because the man is fully capable of averaging 25/12 in his prime. Then again, in a worst-case scenario, he may be at 10/8 for the rest of his career...so it's a toss-up.Today, I'll still pick Emeka. In three years, depending on those injuries, it could be Bogut.

I would have to say that right now Okafor is a better all around player, but this has alot to do with the team that he is on, like BCB said. He doesnt have to compete for minutes and can learn with game experience as the focal point of his team's offense. Bogut, as seen by his shot attempts, is clearly not a player their sets are ran for and doesnt have the same oppurtunities as Okafor, however, he has shown a lot of promise in the times I saw him..The thing with Okafor, if you ask me, is that I dont think he gets any better than he is now, he doesnt have a very high ceiling. Hes a solid player, but nothing more..Bogut on the other hand, has the potential to be a very solid player, and if he were on a team where he was the main man like Okafor is, I think he would be much more succesfull in his progression early on...Oh yeah, nykfan, youre making yourself look like a dumbass with youre "white comments"..Stop making Frye seem like the next star of this league..Oh and another thing, the ROY race isnt between Frye and Paul, its not even close, Paul has it by a long shot over anyone..

Emeka's a beast, sheer athleticism could probly get him into the league alone, but what made him the rookie of the year was his defense and rebounding.
