    Water seeks its own level and people should do so as well. I know people that have moved to Oregon for various reasons and people that have moved out for various reasons. Its the same with cities within States.
    I live in Oregon now because all my kids and grandkids are here. Sure we could live somewhere else its financially beneficial for retired couple.
    Id rather live in Central Oregon now because of fishing and hunting and much less rain but Id have to leave my wife here as she wants to be within spitting distance of kids and gk's.

    Good guess. Unfortunately I don't work in Oregon City. Luckily I get to work from home most of the time...
