they are 1 piece from being the top east team, IMO. they need a center. i think gaines will improve us, gooden, tmac, giricek will be better. we just need a center.
Howard wants to win straight away...in orlando i don't think you could say they would....at least with lakers,pistons and wolves he would be going to teams who won 50 wins each last year..

olskool may be right, adding more players could get worse, it could break up team chemistry, the don't really need scoring, don't need defence. A prime example of this disease are the New York Rangers, they really are an all star team, but they suck. Look at the teams that have won championships recently, the lakers have 2 stars, and nothing more, the spurs have a star and a balanced cast. This can be a risk, but it could turn out to be a birth in the finals.

No,we badly need help at the rebounding spot...scoring and post play..he fits our needs....our chemistry won't be ruined....people thought it would when we traded stack..but it was even better afterwards...so i think it's a load of bull when people say it could ruin chemistry....lakers is a totally different situation..they have two superstars..they just need role players who hit some shots..

he might be more demanding of the ball and take away shots for rip and chauncey and then they would get pissed. don't forget they have a new coach, so i wouldn't be surprised if they struggled the 1st 10 games, then be very good.

It would make sense to go to the lakers...if he wants a title real badly...i wouldn't blame him to go there..but L.A can only get one player..so they might choose malone over howard..
