this scrub is soo bad, that if Nets do not offer him a contract in the offseason, he may wind up looking for a job at the gas station or something.

Somebody please highlight that skill that is keeping him off the plane to Europe... Cant shoot. His ball handling is tentative. Cant rebound overly well for a player of his height. Can defend yes, but so can half of the D league. What do we need him for exactly?

He's got enough holes in his game; there's no need to call him short on this one. The guy NEVER gets beat one-on-one, and he fights through screens very effectively. He is pretty big, but can guard 2s, 3s, as well as smaller 4s. The other thing about Wright is that his body language is very good this year. He shouts out defensive assignments and plays defense with confidence. He acts like he feels like he belongs. I just don't get how bad he is offensively.

On offense, 90% of the time he touches the ball, it will result in one or more of the following: 1) Turning down a wide open jumper. 2) Missing (usually badly) a wide open jumper. 3) Putting the ball on the floor and then: a. Stepping out of bounds. b. Traveling. c. Causing an offensive foul. d. Getting blocked. Antoine "Twin" Wright.

RARELY. You know the mythical "Curry line" which compares the number of blocks plus assists plus steals against turnovers? Wright has one of the top ratios in the league.

Wright has one of the top ratios in the league. </div> If that's true, it would only mean it's #1 and #2 80% of the time, and #3 the other 20%. Plus, the real ratio of interest would be Wright's ratio of putting the ball on the floor to turning it over. It's got to be something along the lines of 3-4 out of every 5 drive attempts end in a turnover.
