    Denny, you know what I'm going to say. You know I'm thinking, last time additional taxes were collected, Clinton used the revenue to pay down the debt, not on new programs. Once Republicans took over, it went to decreasing high tier tax rates, not to decrease the deficit. The revenue was spent on new programs (two wars) as you predict, but it required a Republican president to do it. I'd predict the same if tax revenues were to suddenly increase now.

    You could vote for the President and it wouldn't bother me one iota. I'd write-in Pat Paulson before ever voting for Obama, though.
