As an unbiased bystander watching both parties closely as an independent, Id say there is infighting going on within both parties. There are extreme's both ways being aggressive to0 push their bs.
Become a libertarian as its sounds like you kind of are, like me. Fiscal conservative, smaller government, pro business, Pro first responders, pro social issues. Still aways to go and hopefully someone will RISE to the appeal of moderates and independents.
I voted libertarian last election....not this time..I simply have to exercise bias against the GOP after what I've seen over this term. To me it's blatantly clear that they are a pay for play party that cannot be trusted to be truthful....the reasonable doubt card has run out as far as I'm concerned. It's sad it has to be this way...sucks that all the parties don't get on the tv debates for the country to see but it's not going to crack probably in our lifetime.....George Washington was the last independent prez….what we need are younger politicians.
I hear ya and I may have to re-register again, unless Bernie, EW,Harris get the nomination otherwise I will again vote libertarian probably as they are closer beliefs now. I would vote for Klobachar, Pete and others willing to show some willingness to mediate compromise rather than its their way or the highway. Id love to see more open debates with various parties.
I still like Tulsi Gabbard too. Any women that can surf the North Shore and play the Ukulele, could have my vote. She's also a conciliator which is what this country needs now.
