Id put $10.00 bucks down on AMY. In my unbiased opinion she going to win a few debates and climb the golden ladder. The socialist will peak out after the next debate or so and decline.
Look, I favor letting people have a choice, Medicare for those over 65, paid private insurance for those who want it, Obama Care for those who can't afford private care but aren't poor enough for Medicaid, Medicaid for the truly disadvantaged and a public option to keep private insurance affordable. Health care for those under the age of 19 or still in high school or college, ought to be free. Of course, I don't expect this to happen within my lifetime but I see it or something better to be inevitable.
For the last time, Hillary will not run, ever, never again. Not my wish but it's what she's committed to doing.
How about a beer? Would you bet a beer that Klobuchar wins the nomination? Mind you, I drink fancy beer such as Guinness stout although I don't drink much.
Beer for a beer. Must be drunk in an establishment of the winner's choice. All bettors must be present and be congenial if not jovial. Politics must not be discussed. Winner must put on shit eating grin. Loser must shed tears. Bulk of conversation must be about Blazers. The judge must be the high priest of this place, SlyPokerDog.
I've been out of that loop for about 40 or so years now. I only smoked weed between the expiration of my first security clearance and the beginning of my second clearance. Had three clearances and admitted to previously smoking weed during my last two security clearance applications. The guys in my office told me I was stupid for admitting to have smoked weed when I was going through my second clearance interview and the NSA official who interviewed me clearly didn't want me to get the clearance but someone over him decided to grant me the clearance anyhow. Must be because they would have to reject almost all the greatest engineers working on classified government projects. Also, they had to have liked my honesty.
It actually is very popular, despite what the private healthcare sponsored news tells you. 70% of people support it, and that includes a lot of Republican voters That’s not to mention nearly ALL Democratic voters who want it. Big money tends to skew reality when the messenger is on their payroll.
Managed by whom? The people who manage the VA so well? The people who are doing so well running Medicare?
The Eugene VA clinic is awesome...they've been giving me great medical care since I've signed up there...are paying for my hernia surgery next Tuesday...doctors are thorough and take all the time you need....answer your questions. They deserve to be recognized for being very well organized in my experience here. I can't speak for any other VA clinic but the Eugene facility is top shelf...medics in the military were very, very capable when I served...I've been less impressed with private clinics than the VA
Not not all Dems are on-board with the "i" word.... https://www.pressofatlanticcity.com...cle_0deb5668-0b1f-5067-86f1-9bc5b296874d.html
Im still annoyed that the Providence VA told my grandfather not to get treated for his prostate cancer because it is such a slow moving cancer (this was like 20 years ago), they told him you’ll die of something else first. 3 years later the cancer had spread and he died from it. However, my anecdotal experience doesnt necessarily mean its all bad or I can judge the whole place, or system. Still... kind of sucks I may have had my grandfather longer...
