Well, thunderbolt does more than disk transfer. If you're shipping raw 4K video between devices, the thunderbolt interface probably makes a difference. But you were talking about a mac mini with some disk storage for cheap. I think 3.5TB for $700 is cheap. The drive isn't going to necessarily be super fast, though.
This is even cheaper, and I'm sure there are other even cheaper ways to go. http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Capsule...304328&sr=8-1&keywords=apple 3tb time capsule
Cool story, bro. The first post of mine that you responded to wasn't directed at you. False. It's because you don't actually want to have a discussion. barfo is just a schtick.
Cool story, bro. There aren't rules about whose post you can respond to, are there? Oh, so you know what I want, do you? I think you are just afraid. You can't defend your views, so you limit yourself to vague shit like 'GTFO', and making claims about me. Not very convincing. barfo
You brought up the issue of comments not being directed at me. Pull your head out. I don't care what you think or if you're convinced. You've never had an interesting discussion on this board as the barfo schtick.
I think of Macs like a nice fancy restaurant. You pay more but you know you'll get a great meal. PC's are like the grocery store. All the ingredients to make just as good of a gourmet meal are there but most people don't know how to put them together. If you are on a budget you'll be a lot happier buying stuff yourself at the store even if it tastes a tad worse. It takes knowledge to make something great yourself though. It can be pretty damn good and a fraction of the cost.
Exactly. I'm sick of Apple zealots. Cut out their fucking tongues so they'll shut up. Do Ford, Chevy, and Toyota owners argue? Just buy the cheapest and STFU. Notice how many guys here know the mall intimately?
Without having to read through this whole thread, have any of you built a hackintosh? Been considering doing so.
Fess up, Denny. Is there a newsletter circulated among message board owners giving suggested hot button topics? Like Apple vs. Microsoft. This newsletter is probably printed at your Fusion Center.
