What if we actually lost to Boston...
    and to Brooklyn...
    and to the tanking Sixers?

The haters would go crazy right?

Well, the team that did that is the Heat. Haters, get 'em!

(Maybe the Heat will challenge for a playoff spot)

Oops, my bad. Relying on memory, not always a good idea.

so we would be one game over .500? Is that not what we all expected pre season?

Appendix C-49 says, as an exception, "unless you've done dirty deeds with Mrs. HCP." If Dustin has, he meets the exception, and is thus there exempt and can generate new threads. Under this exemption, he is no longer considered a rookie for thread-creating purposes.

Maybe we should wait until they play a couple more teams above .400

Doesn't matter. The sign of a good team is one that wins 90% of the games they should and the steal a few from the better teams.

Games to really look at will be golden state and Chicago. I think if we start beating those teams, even the pessimist will start believing.

Yeah that game would be an instant head turner! Wouldn't matter if you think this streak is a fluke or not, we aren't supposed to ever win at Golden State!

The Blazers are not for real. They are a figment of your imagination. May I have some of what you are smoking?

    (sorry)

Ya, assuming everyone is healthy, that would be a tremendous win. Heck, we have trouble there when they have 1/2 their roster out

Not to mention that they basically have a better version of every player in our rotation (except Aldridge, maybe)

I really like that the team doesn't rely on a lot of one on one play. Lillard has cut back on forcing it and Aldridge is really the only guy doing a lot of one on one, but he is efficient at it. The glaring difference to me, is our opponents don't seem to be playing team basketball.

I would argue that Phoenix and SAS are the only teams that have a team oriented system. That accounts for only 3 of our 11 games. Fortunately, there aren't many "team oriented" teams in the league right now.

Yes both are going to be tough. You just know Portland will relax a little playing at home. They are in a groove right now on the road and for some reason teams have a tough time with that first game back getting up for it.

The back-to-back GS game is just ridiculous. I know other teams have to do it too, but why? Is it really necessary to do every season? After a long road trip? Seams odd to me.

I think they do that because Golden State and Sacramento are close to us. Like it's justified because of the short travel.
