Kobe took all the shots the last couple years when he should've been stepping back to let the young guys develop.

 

Their roster was already shit until last year, which was Kobe's last year.

 

Clarkson and Randle have been taking a backseat for a couple years. Russell didn't play enough.

Last year Randle was basically a rookie, he played only 1 game the year before. Last year was also Clarksons first full year in the NBA as he was in the D-League the majority of the year prior. So I don't know what you're talking about.
