    I think it should be optional but I like the nickname idea. Where can I get my "Clyde the Glide" jersey or Augmon's "Plastic Man" jersey or my "Sheed" version?

    You can customize a jersey all you like. Hell, I have a Pritchard #GM jersey I had made. It's the players wearing them that's silly and embarrassing.
