I remember working in Athens for the 2004 games....... I think he did all the Olympic Village over there. Looked very similar to this bridge.
yeah, I went to Valencia Spain a few years ago..he had the city of Arts and Sciences...all his work. He also did a pedestrian bridge in Venice Italy. Reading the Robert Greene book "Mastery" and they had a short anecdote on his development, pretty interesting shit. I kind of want to check that out now there in BA.
About 5 years I was on the ESPN board. A guy posted there for a while. He was about 22 and lived in Buenos Aires. His favorite team was the Blazers, though he'd never seen them. I made a little fun of him, saying he probably lived in Portland. He started e-mailing me and soon I knew he was Argentinian. He sent pictures of his block, I looked up his address on an online map, etc. Good guy. So there's a Blazer fan there, HCP.
Just hooked up with his sister last night while eating a steak! Sent from HCPs Baller-Ass iPhone 5...FAMS!
Boxing for HBO. We are setting up at this kick ass soccer stadium in this little run down neighborhood. Loving the culture down here! Sent from HCPs Baller-Ass iPhone 5...FAMS!
Argentina has a crisis-level labor shortage. They may invade the Falklands, looking for Mexican hedge trimmers.
Here's an article in yesterday's NY Times about Salta, Argentina, population 600,000. I rushed it to you, HCP, so that you'll have time to get on your burro and check out Salta. I even looked for it on a map and found it. It's out in the middle of nowhere, hundreds of miles from you, so just take the road to nowhere. http://travel.nytimes.com/2013/04/28/travel/36-hours-in-salta-argentina.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0
