maybe you weren't paying attention to why I posted what I did. There was an implication that because SGA was an 11th pick, there was a chance that Portland can find an elite player outside of the top-10. Sure....there is that chance. But Portland has had 23 shots at finding an elite player outside of the top-10 since 2000 and they couldn't even find an all-star. But in a half-dozen shots at the top-10, Portland has drafted players who have combined for 19 all-star games and 14 all-NBA awards

    that's a huge gulf

Harden was 6moy twice for Thunder and future hofer.
Think of how many HOF'ers have gone through OKC....Should have one one by now, imo. Looks like they could break the ice this year!

True. I meant the max we could offer prior to losing exclusive rights (when his contract expired).

Which is why I always thought he'd leave if we ever allowed him to be a free agent.

It's just not a risk I would have taken. Especially after the way Aldridge played in that Houston series...

Bingo. This is the best way I've ever seen it put.

    It is SO incredibly clear.

I remember his Mother had cancer and he had a very young son in Texas. POP lucked out instead of a trade with PDX of LA had made his wish known.

I was going to come on here before tip off and predict a Thunder blowout but I thought that was a little obvious.

What they're doing is anything but obvious. Such an epic ass kicking.

Caruso might end up as the active NBA player with the most rings?

LBJ Steph Klay Draymond currently are all tied with 4 but all deep into their 30s.

Caruso will have two if the Thunder win and sure looks like they would have a chance to add a couple more.

Timberwolves clearly didn't want to play this game.

Doesn't look like Chris Finch wants to coach it either.

I wonder if Minnesota might be interested in Ayton?
