He's trying to do things he used to be able to do, but can't anymore. This is common for people who are slowing down physically but haven't accepted it mentally, in and out of sports.... eh, champ.

That's about as ridiculous of a take as someone could have. LeBron is in the conversation for best player of all time and Steph isn't even in the top 10.

Boston had no answer for the smallest guy on the court. In crunch time when the
the Warriors needed a basket, they just spread the court and let the 6'2" (in bare feet) star stroll to the basket.

Bron had to form super teams to win rings. Curry was natural. KD rode his coattails.

Miami. Only returned to Cleavland after they got Kyrie/Love. Then Lakers knowing they had assets and handlers to get Davis. And that was a mickey mouse ring.

Curry isn't even done, probably favorites to win at least the next 2 to 3 years still.

If Bron never left Cleavland, he would have 0 rings.

I don’t think it’s that ridiculous. LeBron is great, but he didn’t change the way the game is played. Steph Curry changed the way the game is played.

Cmon. Steph is a top 10 all time player now.

Precisely. Dame is to Steph as Clyde was to Jordan. Arguably (but not indisputably) the second best in the league at his position over a period of time, but clearly and understandably in the shadow of an all-time great.

LeBron is not in the conversation for best player of All Time. He is MUCH closer to Curry than he is to Michael Jordan. Jordan would play 40pg 82 games a year and dominate. LeBron takes breaks here and there and still doesn't approach what Michael did.

    Jordan
    LeBron
    Duncan
    Shaq
    Akeem
    Magic
    Bird
    KAJ
    Russell
    Wilt
    Kobe
    Oscar

What 3 players would you eliminate to put Curry in the Top 10?

Curry plays with Hall of Fame Teammates. Dame plays with Harkless and Aminu. I'd like to see Curry reach WCF with Harkless and Aminu. Last year, he didn't have Klay and he didn't even make the playoffs.

LeBron will be the all time leading scorer in league history before the end of next season, will be top 5 in assists, and is the career playoff leader in many categories. You are one of very few who would say he's not in the GOAT conversation.

All elite on both ends. Curry's offense isn't even that much better than theirs... definitely not enough to offset the fact that he's not a good defender and they're all time defenders. Steph is the greatest shooter of all time but that's just one skill. The rest of his strengths are great compared to the guys he's playing with and against but they aren't generationally transcendent. His weaknesses are covered by the system he plays in and players he's played with. I think he's top 25 but he's not top 10.
