    See. This why Olshey standing pat at the trade deadline makes no sense to me. We are over the cap but in a conference is severely underperforming. If we can make a couple of moves to get better, why not? If they trade away valuable players, it's basically Allen saying "clean up the bottom line." I really think this might be the defining trade window of Olshey's career. If we stagnate farther, Dame will probably get pissed.

    The only reason to make a trade would be to shed salary and those will not make us better. If we made a trade and took on salary we might get better, but we wouldn't be good enough to get past the 2nd round. I don't see Olshey doing anything because of those reasons.
