Are you really saying two players (Harden and Westbrook) represent the league as a whole? Because the opposite is true. League average 2016-17 = 14.0 TOV per game (12.8% per possession) League Average 1978-79 = 19.8 TOV per game (16.0% per possession)

OT: Today I realized how hilarious it is that Vivek "He's gonna be the next Curry" Ranadive passed on Lillard in the 2012 draft. Throwback With pre draft workouts around the corner I wanted to go back and look at what our two stars looked like at that time in their careers.
