Two players recently let go that would interest me: Sean Kilpatrick and Nico Brussino.

    Nevermind. Luxury tax.

Nets' starting SG was +21 and went 4-9 from 3. We could use a guy like that.

They are a team that haven't had to tank for several years so players are naturally competitive. The same story this year, no reason to tank so they play to their maximum and want to win every game.

Not many players will have spent all 3 straight 'no-pick' years there but it still helped to build a good culture.

How can they extend Okafor? Philadelphia declined team option so they could have only offered him what he made in his final year there, about $6M. Will Nets be able to offer more? I don't think he is going to receive even that from anybody but if he plays well for the next six months, who knows.

    I believe in Okafor.
He might not be a two way center, but I still think he's a dominate offensive force. If he's been working and developed a 15 footer while he was sitting on the bench getting no minutes... Then he'll be fine.

Honestly I wish Portland had offered one of our bigs not named Nurk + second rounder for Okafor.
Can't be that much worse than Booker + second rounder right?

Contracts signed this past summer can be traded beginning on Dec 15. One more week and we should see some movement around the league.

Excuses, they lost to the lolakers.
This wouldn't be your response if Portland lost to the lolakers.
Even though Philly & Portland are in the exact same boat.

Also, if you think Embiid is raw. You haven't watched enough of his games.
He might be inexperienced for the NBA game, but Embiid isn't raw.
Raw bigs look like Nurk. or dare I say Collins.(just naming two who I know you've watched)

I feel that he is just beasting people and overpowering them most of the time. He has some post moves, but when he mixes in a few more moves down low, watch out.

When I was a kid, it was always Blazers 1st, but the Sixers were always my 2nd favorite. Love watching this renaissance.

Giving you a like, simply for successfully using and correctly spelling "renaissance". Well done, sir.

You do realize the Blazers pretty much lost their entire starting unit couple years ago right? Just sayin.
