Wonder how Durant feels about that.

The same shots he's bricking tonight, he made in three games vs. Portland. He is certainly capable of making them, but tonight, Durant is on fire. Just pass it.

But were they right? I didn't think you could go into the backcourt after already crossing over the halfcourt line, which the Thunder did. Just because the Thunder called a timeout shouldn't allow them to go into the backcourt.

It was a loose ball off of a rebound, possession ruled to OKC, and then a time-out, so the ball is on the side. Since there was no possession, the Thunder could go into the backcourt, right?

I wanted it to be a violation, but Durant didn't gain full possession until his foot hit the line. I think it was a good call, but we'll see what the NBA says.

I don't think Martin touched the ball, though.

No. it wasn't a loose ball off a rebound. Scotty Brooks called the timeout in the middle of their offensive possession because they had nothing going. Durant clearly had possession of the ball after it was inbounded, and stepped on the line.

It should have been DEN ball.

Yeah, that's what I saw. I never heard of that rule where you can go into the backcourt off a timeout WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE FRONTCOURT. The Nuggets should protest and play that minute again if the refs were wrong about that.

Good point. I was putting the kids down to bed, so I didn't see the whole sequence.

Didn't watch the game, but I'll point it out anyways

42 FTs for the Thunder, 21 for the Nuggets

Absolutely amazes me how there are so many games with a huge FT disparity in the playoffs

I hope for tomorrow night at the Rose Garden, huge FT disparities for the home team continue as a trend.

Doubtful. Stern has a chance at a rare double screw job.

He can screw PA (Blazers eliminated on their own court), AND he can screw Cuban (no revenue from a game 7 in Dallas). No way he passes that up!

Those back-to-back 24-second calls were brilliant, as well as his 11.9 playoff PER going into this game.
