Please. The guy has made like 100 free throws in the playoffs and only missed 9. He dominated the 4th quarter and was the top scorer in both games. They just lost a game. No big deal. Dalllas will win the series.

It's kinda cool that both series are 1-1. Makes it more exciting.

Westbrook being benched will be the story of this game. Nice to see Scott Brooks agree with me that Westbrook isn't being a PG out there, and is hurting his team.

Holy Crap, though. A 2nd-team All-NBA player was just benched for the entire 4th quarter, and yet again had a double-digit +/- in an OKC playoff win. Westbrook's advanced stats should be interesting to see once they are updated.

    Westbrook: 4 assists
    Maynor: 1 assist

Who was being the real PG, PapaG?

Brooks didn't bench Westbrook because he wasn't being a PG. It was just because the bench had a good flow and he didn't want to change anything. Westbrook has won a TON of games for the Thunder this year, not the least of which was Game 7 against the Grizzlies where he had a triple double and the age of 22.

When did Brooks say that he agrees with you?

Westbrook has sucked for most of the playoffs, and you can find my posts detailing how much he has sucked. Maynor 0 turnovers, Westbrook 4 turnovers.

    Learn the game, then post.

I found it telling that the announcers mentioned Brooks was telling Westbrook to pass at the end of the 3rd, and how Westbrook just glared at him without saying anything.

Sit the fuck down, Russell, and stop hogging the ball.

Legler and ESPN talking about Westbrook's meltdown on the bench after the 3rd.

"Definitely a big story right now."

This has been a hard 3 minutes to watch because I want the thunder to lose. All OKC points in the last 4 minutes have come from the FT line and Dallas has only been there once and they are the more aggressive team. IF OKC wants to win they gotta step it up and stop relying on the refs to help them out.

3 TOs in the first half of Game 3; 2 assists.

He will get better, but he's not what he thinks he is at this point of his career. He's dominating the ball, and then passing with 10 seconds or left on the shot clock.

Plus, the Mavs are really good.

I can't stand Westbrook personally. I think he has insane talent but he wants to be the #1. If he can accept that he isn't the #1 and starts to facilitate more instead of just charging the basket with his head down when he is frustrated.

Westbrook had a 104 Ortg and a 109 Drtg coming into tonight in the playoffs. His regular season Ortg/Drtg stats aren't very good, as well.

Dirk is getting Hammered and no calls, he is finally figuring out how Aldridge felt.
