I guess some players actually do keep growing after they get in the NBA: Timberwolves coach Chris Finch said Wednesday that Anthony Edwards has grown in the offseason. By that Finch didn’t just mean Edwards is improving his game, he meant the 20-year-old guard has actually gone up a few inches in height from the time the Wolves drafted him in November, from around 6-foot-4 to approximately 6-6. “This is a very Ant thing,” Finch said at the Star Tribune booth at the State Fair on Wednesday. “He told me don’t let me get to 6-6 or I’ll be Michael Jordan.”

Yah, looking like pretty much B.S. that's his trademark. Say one thing, do another. If he is rejoining the Nets. Someone ain't getting no minutes in Brooklyn though. Is it Millsap or LA.

Well, he was forced to retire for medical reasons before he had the chance to return to the Blazers. Now, it’s after his retirement. He’s totally off the hook.

Seems like unnecessary anger towards LMA. How do you know we were even interested? Maybe we passed on him last year since we had Kanter and Nurk at the 5. Maybe he tried again and we turned him down now too with Zeller and Nurk. He can't really play the 4 anymore.

Sure, but then don't say how you'd love to play beside Dame again. It's disingenuous .

He can play the 4 fine. He's never been a center, even if he was listed as such. Nurk would destroy him in the post. But he can shoot. Has one of the greatest shots from mid range. He can hit that and would fit just fine here.

Not anymore. He is too slow to play the 4 now.

I can't believe the Blazers wouldn't be interested. Guys who you know can hit shots when called upon are rare. He could fill the Melo role. Especially at the end of games.

You never attended any meet and greets. He was a giant headache for the team when he was here. An absolute diva.
True. That's too bad. John Elway was my favorite football player ever. Never wanted to meet him. Heard many stories that he's a tool. So better to just hang on to my memories and leave well enough alone.
