Darn it! Hornets went on and beat the Rockets. So we are back at 7 and the Rockets are eliminated from any chance at the playoffs.

No. The Rockets won the season series against Memphis. If they win out and the Grizz lose out, the Rockets can still make the playoffs.

Oh I see. Thanks for the correction. That means the Rockets would need a miracle to make the playoffs.

Shit happens in this league. If Spurs can lose 6 in a row, the Grizz can lose four in a row and all Houston has to do is win 3 games.

Lucas Nogueira measured 6'10" (w/o shoes) today at the Nike Hoop Summit. Here he is next to the 6'9" (yes, 6'9") Dwight Howard:

Golden State is about to beat the Lakers. Doesn't that mean the Spurs clinch the number 1 seed? It also makes me not feel as bad about our loss to them.

GS is a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde team on the road and at home. Losing to them last night was a BIG deal.

NO @ MEM coming up in an hour.

Biggest non-Blazer game of the season I think.

Yeah, but Zach had 5 AST in the 1st quarter. WTF? That used to be a good month's worth of assists for ZBo.

Bayless averaging 24pts/6asts on 53% shooting and 50% from 3 in his last 5 games

Cho dropped the ball on that one

Thank you Memphis. 100-76 with 5:20 left.

Now the hard part. We have to win out.

The Celtics look like their age has caught up with them.

What will Ainge do if they are bounced early?

Outside Rondo, the core ranges from 33 years old to nearly 40.

Blow it up and start rebuilding?

Don't forget they also have Green, who is a decent young player.

He is decent, but will never be anything but a complementary tweener.

Is that the bench player on one of the worst teams in the league? Oh, that Bayless.

Bayless doesn't make his team win. Cho was new and taking orders from McMillan to trade him.

Some former Blazers had very solid April's:

    Cunningham: 13 PPG | 6 RPG | 50 FG% | Bobcats: 2-6 (34-48 overall)

    Bayless: 22.5 PPG | 5.6 APG | 48 FG% | Raptors: 2-6 (22-60 overall)
