miss state still plays alabama old miss still plays auburn auburn still plays alabama miss state stilll plays old miss so at least two of them will end up with 2 losses
If the ducks win out, the only weird wrinkle I see is if: Notre dame wins out FSU wins out Old miss wins out Alabama wins out Oregon might jump alabama with the tide not going to the sec title game, but might not. And there's no way notre dame doesn't get in.
Yeah I mean most likely both Mississippi teams lose one somewhere as well, aside from the previously mentioned showdowns. If oregon wins out I would say they are likely in, but there is a few scenarios where they could be left out
I guess we should all be rooting for UTAH not to flub up and beat USC and ASU before we play them so our game becomes of yet another quality win against a highly ranked team. Yet..... Damn!!!! UTAH doesn't need anymore confidence going into a home game against us as resilient as that team appears to be this year! We'll need all hands on deck for that game without a doubt! Hopefully Andre Y will be back and so will Addison. UTAH doesn't win pretty, but they have a money FG kicker and one hell of a punter with a disciplined D. As for the SEC WEST who has what... every team in the top 20, and 5 in the top 10, we should all be happy to watch them beat each others brains out for the next 5 weeks. Auburn still has to play Ole Miss, Georgia and Bama all away games... Miss St. still has to beat Ole Miss and travel to Bama Bama still need to beat the above and play LSU and Auburn Ole Miss still has to play LSU, ARK. Auburn and Miss St. all of these team could end up playing Georgia in the SEC Championship game it seems.... The SEC could all have 2 losses each or more very soon.... The good news is Mariota's will pull away with the Heisman while this carnage happens and we'll get healthy along the way.
I thought that with the fsc, they could factor in such things as injuries where the BCS couldn't? All of Oregon's problems weren't on the O-line with injuries but couldn't the committee factor that in? Wouldn't they almost have to overlook the one loss by the ducks if that's the case? Do we know how the games would be played? 1 versus 4 and 2 versus 3?
