    Sounds like Tottenham wants him more. I mean, when you hear Tottenham making a £25-million bid, and we're bidding £15-million--doesn't take a genius to figure out where he'll probably wind up.

    I quite like Vucinic, though. We need a poacher like that.

    - Arsenal will move to sign Brede Hangeland (Fulham) if the Toure signing goes through
    - Miguel Veloso (Sporting Lisbon) is being pursued by Manchester City and Bolton for £15-million
    - Arsenal is one of several clubs interested in Mirko Vučinić (Roma)
    - Barcelona's former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has denied reports that he told another ex-Gunners favourite, Patrick Vieira, to sign for arch rivals Tottenham, although he did tell Spurs boss Harry Redknapp the Inter Milan midfielder "would be a brilliant signing". However, Henry added: "I am Arsenal through and through. I'd never advise anyone to sign for Tottenham."

    Hangeland will be a great signing--Trust me. Toure seemed to of reached his peak while Hangeland is still getting better, using last season for example, he was almost unheard of a couple of seasons before but he stepped up his game last year. He'll also bring strength and height (6'5"!) to the back four. Can you believe he was actually born in USA?

    Hangeland is awesome.

    I've never seen a player go from looking so terrible to how great he is under Hodgson, him and Hughes were second only to Ferdinand and Vidic last season for me.
