To Terry and Neil....how have your families adapted to life in Portland compared to life in bigger cities like Los Angeles or Dallas?

I think it's great to have this here Sly.....I miss those question sessions Mike Rice used to do with Orlando Williams or Sarah Hecht pregame and the question answers that Casey used to use on his old show....good to see that format here! Thanks to the organization for taking the time to answer our questions.

I was thinking this would be for more strategy and coaching related type questions.

We can do a separate Fans Ask The Questions type of Q & A w/Stotts for personal stuff later in the season.

ok then.....D league affiliate in the cards sometime in the future? Could the minor league system make some tweaks to make moving players in an out of it sort of like baseball does, improve player development? We don't seem to use it that much but we have a lot of talent on the bench

Terry, do you think your rotations will stretch to maybe 10 players throughout the season or the 9 you have used more in the past?

Explain how it works between the coaching staff and Olshey when it comes to adding new players to the roster. Do you create a wish list of players that you think would help the team or does Olshey come to you and ask your opinion on players he has in his sights? Is it your job just to coach the players you're given or do look for players that would compliment the players on our current roster?

To Terry....would you ever consider being on the coaching staff of Team USA or would you honestly rather have the break after a long season?

    Terry,

With the well known feeding frenzy Dame partakes in when some of the national media put out articles with opinions of him being overrated, etc., would you prefer to continue to see him be the underdog, or do you think he can continue that "Me vs The League" type of play/moxy even if he becomes a perennial all star/mvp candidate?

    Terry,

You tend to be more of a player's coach and seem to work with the team as a collective rather than instill a dictatorship type of coaching style.
Having not followed your entire career, is this a style you have always had, or is this an adaptation that compliments the fact that you have a true leader in Dame that you seem to be able to trust as a coach on the floor?
IF you have ever had to rule with the thumb where was that and which style do you prefer?

    Terry and staff,

Obviously expectations have skyrocketed after the surprising season of last year. With the new additions we have, there seems to be a bit of a log jam in a couple of positions sparking many trade rumors. Without having to name names on the Blazer's roster, If a consolidation trade were to happen for us to try to bring in a third big time player to put next to Dame and CJ, who in the league would you think would be the best fit and why?

To coach...Enjoyed the Open Court sessions you participated in which leads to my question...you said Jason Kidd was the best on court basketball IQ you've coached....who would that guy potentially be on this roster...not that they're necessarily there yet but who's the chess master on the roster not to limit it to one player

    To Terry:
How much of a difference is there in what fans see from players in games to what you see in practice? And how does someone's play in practice affect their playing time?
