Biggie has something Vonleh is still trying to find three years in; confidence. I'm one of those that believe confidence is the difference in making it and not making it in the NBA. Im a Vonleh fan. Thought he came on at the end of the year, but I have to admit, I'll take the confident guy over anyone, any day, even if he isn't as talented.
It's a win win for us because he is going to push vonleh to be better. Put up or shut up time for Noah
The extra year of college can be huge! Biggie wasn't very good after his Freshman year but really blossomed his Sophomore season. Vonleh didn't get that so his 2nd year was spent mostly on an NBA bench instead of playing and developing his game and confidence.
looks like a nice pick at 26, I have to keep remembering its SL but it nice to see some good play from him, encouraging

Interesting thought. Both posses a unique set of skills that requires the right circumstance and team chemistry to flourish. College comparison - Draymond Green: 6'7", 230 lbs Per40 - Mich St (So), 15.5 ppg, 12.1 rpg, 4.7 apg, 1.4 bpg, 12.5% 3pt Per40 - Mich St (Sr), 19.6 ppg, 12.8 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.1 bpg, 38.8% 3pt Big Ten player of the year (2010) Caleb Swanigan: 6'8.5", 247 lbs Per40 - Purdue (So), 22.7 ppg, 15.3 rpg, 3.7 apg, 1.0 bpg, 44.7% 3pt Big Ten player of the year (2017) Swanigan has Green beat on most of the offensive stats (college), but Green definitely had a head start on the defensive skills. Draymond didn't really blossom until his 3rd or 4th year in the NBA. I'm excited to see how Caleb blends with the Blazers. It sounds like his attitude and determination will mesh well with Dame.
My comparisons (for now): Biggie: Kenneth Faried with a shot Collins: Draymon Green with a post up game
Biggie plays way better defense than love already. I don't get that comparison at all. Right now I see a what you would get if you combine Joakim Noah and zbo together.
