Let's just hope we don't fall asleep on Atlanta like we did on Chi-town. LeBron's bobble could score on this team.
Vegas line just in, Cavs are giving up 10.5 points to the Hawks. If I am a betting man, I take the Hawks and those points, that's just me.
Nice preview, I think the Cavs take this though, the Bulls loss will be a wake up call, and LBJ wil have a big game, Cavs by 10+
Although everyone seems to hate the Cavs stagnate offense where they just chuck the ball into the post. Well tonight that is just the remedy to get back in the winners circle. Their front court is weak and has no depth, so we must attack. I also noticed that Person played last night, so I guess he'll play tonight, unlike my preview states!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Price for thREE:</div><div class="quote_post">Lakerbeaters or not... we'd better win this game. Carmelo15, just curious, how come you're not a Cavs fan if you live in Ohio?</div> Who said I had to be a Cav fan because I live in Ohio?
We have to watch out for those former Cavs, Sura and Person. Those are the kinda guys that can come back and bite you years later when it counts.
3 nice dunks already by LeBron. Maybe he's trying his best to win ESPN's show, NBA Fastbreak's "dunk of the night" honor.
Boozer has a double double at half. Z and James are both looking stronge with 13 points. The Cav's are moving the ball well tonight, and looking like a team. They have a cammanding lead, but they can't let up because the Hawks have the ablility to come back. Cav's are looking like a playoff team tonight, hope they keep it up.
Cavs up 63/41 @ the half James has 13, 2, and 2 (put on a dunkfest) Z has 13, 6, and 1 Boozer has 10, 10, and 2 SJAX leads the Hawks with 13, 2, and 2 Cavs are just dominating in every area of the stat sheet, let's hope they keep it up in the 2nd half.
With 2 of the Hawks big men in foul trouble, Cleveland could actually foul out their rebounding presence, forcing the Hawks to play small ball from here on out.
Cavs up 85/60 after 3 James has 24, 7, and 3 Z has 15, 10, and 2 Boozer has 10, 15, and 2 McInnis has 9, 7, and 1 McInnis and Crawford almost got into a 3rd quarter fight. Bench time coming soon.
Cav's are doing a great job of keeping their lead. James is not only scoring, but getting rebounds to. We almost have twice as many boards as the Hawks, and that has been a major factor in the game. Unless something goes terrible wrong the Cav's should have this one in the bag.
Our first real blowout win! Hope we continue this till the end whistle! Good to see Williams contributing and Nailon knocking down his first points! Wagner with a few baskets is good for the confidense. Nice all round effort. Good to give the bench some minutes with no pressure! In other games Toronto are trailing as are Phili. Although the 76's are trailing to the Knicks! The bench are carving them up.
Who is this team on the floor?! Can't be the Cavaliers with a 38 point lead! Nailon with 10 pts.... it takes Newble 4 or 5 games to score 10 points.
On a side note, SJAX is the only real contributor for the Hawks. Nice rehearsal performance in my books. Its just a pleasure to see us go on with a win and our bench to be contributing. They are two pleasant surprises thus far!
Both benches are very active in this game, which I did not expect. Cav's bench: 30 points Hawks bench: 20 points Cav's are playing awesome, but we still have a tough schedule ahead of us. Hopefully we can keep this level of intensity going in the rest of our games.
