The Hawks have an exciting, young team, but they really aren't as complete as ours. We won't run them out of the building, but I really can't see us losing this game if we're as good as we think we are.</p>
hawks are exciting to watch this season, definitly. should be a good game, but if we're running on all cylinders, I don't think the Hawks will be able to catch up to us (though they will come quite close)

Im rooting for the Hawks, so far they have been playing really well to begin the season and are really hungry to make a comeback to the playoffs so I expect the Hawks to come out victories against the Nets.</p>

This will be a good test for the Nets. Atlanta has a small lineup--they have really just played eight players so far (Anthony Johnson has played 8 minutes, total, and Mario West but one), and only two are legitimate bigs: Horford and Sheldon Williams. Horford and Williams' primary contribution is rebounds, and Collins can neutralize them. I think you'll see a LOT of a small lineup, with Collins in the middle. Like we saw the other day, we'll see Kidd, Carter, Wright, RJ, and Collins on the floor together for most of the fourth quarter. This is where we'll get a chance to see how well they can play together defensively. I assume that RJ would guard Josh Smith and Wright on Joe Johnson, but who knows, really. I think that lineup can neutralize the Hawks, but I probably would have said the same thing about Toronto.</p> If you play just eight players this early in the season, do they get tired? The Hawks did lose a big lead in the 4th quarter in their last game--something to watch for.</p> Wright will score 16 points. Nets win, 102-88.</p>
RJ with 26 points, Kidd with 8 points and 12 assists, Carter with 29 points, Wright wih 18. Boki with 12. Collins will miss his one attempt and two free throw shots.
