Yeah sure, make a tutorial for sigs please. It's the 7th tool in the left row of the toolbar. It is a drop, like a drop of water. If you cannot see it, then right-click on the seventh tool and you should see three types of tools, "blur tool," "smudge tool," and a "sharpen tool."

I cannot click on it, it's not available. What do I do?

Click on that link, the one for patterns. Then it will take you to the page, click on the pattern you want to make. I suggest making all of them, as they are all quite useful. Then just follow the steps to making the selected pattern.
Click File>New, and then towards the bottom should be three bubbles (under the title of "Contents"). Choose "Transparent," and press "OK."
