It's nice that they get a day off before the Oiler's come in. Sometimes playing the day after a big win, can amount to a huge let down. Now they get a day to think about it, and can come out and beat a team that has nothing to play for.

I think pasta was referring to the holding call earlier on Dan, questionable to say the least. The penalty on Kreider was embellished as well, should have been holding/unsportsmanlike for a 2 minute 4 on 4 but Hank was sharp last night. Also thought before Kreider's penalty he was boarded at center ice, guess CK needs to take acting classes to get a call.

The holding was obvious holding. A few of our posters think the Rangers should never get a penalty.

The Rangers IMO my opinion have been getting a generous whistle for several games now. A lot of it has to do with the fact they are faster than these other teams. That tends to make other teams look bad and refs start paying attention to hooking and holding more during a game.

Another guy playing at an unbelievable level for us since the last concussion cobwebs have cleared is Staal who is once again a mountain on defense and one of the best defenseman in hockey while back to being a contributor again in the offensive end. If Cally does get moved at the deadline and the rangers do give a C this year instead of going with 3 A's I think Staal will be our next captain.

Kreider needs to keep out of the box in the third period.
