I go back and forth regarding Napier. The first time I saw him (albeit from the 300 level) I actually confused him with Dame. I trust him with the ball in his hands to make the right decision. He was a winner in college too, I like that.

On the other hand, I can see how bringing in a change of pace guard, or a someone that can really D-up 1's and 2's, would help us.

If the only deal Olshey made until training camp was to upgrade our guard defense, I wouldn't be mad.

    Solution: trade Napier for McConnell.

Actually kind of makes sense. If Simmons is their real PG they need a scorer at the 1.

In all honesty, there's only one player on the team that I'm NOT a fan of....

If Eric Bledsoe is indeed on the trading block, he could be ideal as the 3rd combo-guard in the 3-combo-guards rotation I envision for us.

I say turner for many obvious reasons. Please explain why you are against it?

I like Napier. I see him as being a poor-mans Lillard.

Marcus Smart would be a very good fit. But I also like Bazz and think he may earn a few more minutes this year.

I think if Lillard, CJ, Turner, and Crabbe are healthy yet Napier is getting minutes... Portland is again struggling to get to .500
