What's $800B / 650,000? That'd be the cost of saving or creating each job. I'll save you the trouble of doing the math. $1,230,769.23 Give me that money in the private sector and I'll create at least 12 jobs.
BTW, two very minor amounts of spending is being credited for the end of the recession: Cash for clunkers ($2B out of that $800B) and First time buyer's home credit of $8K
